NIAK Automation s.r.o. is a technology consulting company registered in the Czech Republic (IČO: 143 47 423). We provide automation engineering and infrastructure consulting services.

We only collect personal data you provide directly through our contact form:

• Name - First and last name, to address you correctly in correspondence.
• Email address - To respond to your enquiry.
• Company name - Optional - to understand the context of your request.
• Message content - The details of your enquiry or project description.

We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the website to function. We do not use analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising technologies.

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - specifically, to respond to a business enquiry you have initiated - and, where a contract follows, on the basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your contact details are used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Schedule and conduct a discovery call if requested
• Send a proposal or engage in a project, if we proceed

We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain contact enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting engagement:

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project - Deleted within 90 days of our last exchange.
• Active project correspondence - Retained for the duration of the project plus any statutory obligation period.
• Invoicing and contract data - Retained for 10 years as required by Czech accounting law (zákon č. 563/1991 Sb.).

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification - Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure - Request deletion of your data where there is no overriding legal basis to retain it.
• Restriction - Ask us to limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
• Portability - Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection - Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
